Mimic warfare by the Baltic borders

According to the Minister of Defense of this Baltic state Jonas Jucás, these military exercises imply the expanding of NATO presence in Eastern Europe.

“After the NATO summit in Wales, the Alliance has been discussing different measures, some of which are related to increasing security in Eastern Europe, including the expansion of NATO presence and the number of joint exercises in the region.

International military exercise “Iron Sword 2014” that began in Lithuania is a perfect example of how the discussions and plans get transformed into real action “- Jonas Jucás was quoted by RIA News.
